Add a Pet Memorial

You must be an APLB member if you wish to add a memorial to your pet. To join, go to the Join Us page.

You may add a permanent pet memorial to our In Memoriam area for $25 for your first or second memorials, and $15 for your third and subsequent memorials. These are one-time payments; your memorials will never be removed. A Family Page, linked from each individual memorial, is provided at no additional charge when you have two or more individual memorials.

Memorial Requirements

For your pet’s memorial, we need a picture of your pet, your pet’s name, the dates of his/hers birth and death (if known), plus a memorial paragraph of approximately 25 words and a ‘signature’ line.

You may submit this information using this form, or you may send it to us via e-mail ( memorial@aplb.org ) or postal mail. If you have a picture which you cannot attach to your memorial application, send it to us at

Please identify yourself and your pet on the back of the photograph. We will return your photograph if you request, and if you include a self-addressed stamped envelope for its return.
